No Panic is a registered charity for people with Panic Disorders, and for the carers of people with panic disorders. They have a telephone helpline with can be reached 10am-10pm everyday, and have many resources on their website to help people living with panic disorders.
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a men's mental health charity leading a movement against male suicide, providing immediate support for people in need through a telephone helpline and a webchat.
